客室は3つのタイプがあり、ガーデンビュー・スペリアー、デラックス・プールビュー、スイートルームである。それぞれ30平方メートルと広くエレガントな内装で、近代的な木製の家具が置かれた内装である。国際基準の設備を備えた新しいスペリアーファーストクラスのホテルである。バスルームも広くよく手入れされている。

レストラン
ホテルには3つのレストランがある。グランド・ビュー・コーヒーハウス朝食も用意される終日営業のレストランである。オリーブツリーは地中海料理が楽しめ、ウォーターサイドカフェは郷土料理のクメール料理のほかに他のアジア料理や西洋料理も楽しめる。ホライゾン・パブ、キューバーナ・クラブ、グラマー・ロビー・バーもある。

大きな屋外プールがU字型の建物の真中にあり、サンデッキも大きく用意されている。フィットネスとスパ専用の建物があり、サウナ、スチームルーム、冷水のプール、マッサージ、ジャクージ、美容院がある。会議室も会議やそれ以外の目的でも使えるように用意されており、最大３００人まで入れる。シェムリアップの新しいホテルである。このホテルは有名なセンチュリー・ホテル・チェーンとは関係が無いが、引けを取らない質の高さである。２００１年８月現在

スタンダードルームはミディアムサイズ。モダンなファブリックで装飾され、エアコン、IDD電話、室内デポジットボックス、衛星テレビ、ミニバー、バスローブ、スリッパなど、近代的設備が充実している。部屋には地方色ある木製家具が置かれ、目新しさはないが気持ちよく過ごせる。

レストラン
Khmer料理、各国料理が揃うLotusは、朝食や他の食事が食べられるレストラン。華麗さよりも味を追求した料理が並ぶ。天候次第では、屋上ガーデンでも朝食がとれる。

Localizacion
The resort is located on the airport road. It takes approximately ten minutes drive from the airport. With easy access to Angkor Temple and other tourist attraction.

Habitacion
Each room built on parquet floor, feature rich wooden furniture. The decoration are the blend of modern and Khmer style. Facilities included all you would expect from a five star hotel including a hair dryer and self-service tea and coffee. Bathrooms have bathtub and shower and all are in good condition

Restaurante
Hotel has many restaurants offer local and international cuisine. There are also poolside bar available to serve the client such as snack and cocktails.

タイのクラビのNopparat Tara Beach | ノッパラッタラ・ビーチの「Krabi National Park Success Resort」

現在、ナショナルパークは外れサクセスビーチリゾートとなっているようだ。ＯＴＥＬでアヨダヤリゾート＆スパを予約して現地に行くが、不思議な事にアヨダヤには予約が入っておらず、裏手のサクセスに案内される。サクセスのフロントにはアヨダヤのパンフレットが置かれており、てっきりアヨダヤに案内されたと勘違いしてしまう。パートナーがホテルが違う事に気づき、アヨダヤに案内するように要請するが、「手配業者に言え」と取り合ってくれず。以前は、同じホテルのサクセスウイングとして営業していたが、今は別ホテルでアヨダヤは４つ星、サクセスは３つ星クラスで明らかにランクが落ちる。夜間、英語のできるスタッフが、フロントにいない、貧弱なプール、暗くうら寂れたロビー、種類の少ない朝食とガランとした朝食会場、無料ワイファイは調子が悪く修理していたが、使用できず、近くにコンビニは無しなど評価は低い。辛うじてベランダ付きの部屋は、広く合格点。どうやら「アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約すれば、サクセスに案内される」、と他の方のレビューもあり、我々には理解出来ない商売をしているようだ。アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約するのなら、最初から安いサクセスに予約を入れた方が賢明だろう。又、異常に安いアヨダヤのオファーは、サクセスに案内される可能性大と考えられる。

　

中国の天津の「水晶宮飯店」
ホテルのマネージャーの接客態度が最低でした。宿泊客から金銭を取ってやろうという態度が丸見えで、まったく不快感だけが大きくなったホテルです。

　

シンガポールのシンガポールの「ロイヤル」
２００７／１２／１―3鹿児島高の修学旅行がこのホテルでJTBの旅行計画を見るとぼったくりのように感じるが。JTB自体がアクドイ用に感じる。
