Cada habitacion es un bungalow y estan distribuidas por toda la isla. Cuentan con cafetera/tetera, frigorifico, ventilador, plancha y tabla de planchar. No poseen telefono ni TV para no arruinar la tranquilidad. Los patios son perfectos para tomar una copa por la noche. Los banos disponen de ducha y secador de pelo.

Restaurante
Roxy's on the Lagoon es un restaurante y bar que esta sobre el agua. La cocina es internacional y sirve el desayuno, almuerzo y cena.

General
Un magnifico sitio para "escaparse de todo" en vacaciones; tambien se pueden practicar deportes acuaticos.

Tienen 46 metros cuadrados, cama de matrimonio mas sofa (cama) aire acondicionado, ventilador, television, frigorifico, microondas, fuegos, cuberteria y mesa.
Los cuartos de bano tienen ducha. Cada habitacion esta decorada con artesania de las islas externas Vanauatu. Las habitaciones se llaman como las islas Tanna, Santo, Wala, etc, para invitar a los visitantes a descubrir la cultura y el paisaje de Vanuatu.

Restaurante
No hay restaurante solo una pequena cafeteria en la piscina en la que se puede desayunar. La mayoria de la gente que esta aqui pide que le lleven la comida al hotel de algunos cercanos restaurantes de Vila. Hay un restaurante chino a un paso.

The Kaiviti is only a 12 minutes drive from Bauerfield airport, just off the main road with a supermarket and a restaurant nearby. The town of Port Vila is only 10 minutes walk.

Rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with either air conditioning or ceiling fans. All rooms have a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, ironing board, reading lamps, tea/coffee making facilities, telephone and internet access. Hairdryers on request. Some rooms are featuring a balcony and face the pool.

There is a snack bar besides the pool, for small snacks and breakfast as well as a BBQ area. The guests can use the restaurant facilities next door at The Melanesian Hotel. The Melanesian Hotel is also offering 24hr room service for guests of Kaiviti, where meals and room service can be charged back.. There are varied restaurant close by.

全客室から、穏やかな庭園もしくはラグーン（湾）の景色が見渡せる。各部屋には、プライベート・バルコニーまたはパティオが設備され、冷房設備が整っている。部屋はかなり広々としていて、トロピカルな雰囲気の家具類が備わっている。バスルームもまた、よく整備されている。

レストラン
The Lagoon Terrace Restaurantからは庭園とラグーンが見渡せ、テーマビュッフェとアラカルトメニューを提供。 朝食、ランチ、ディナー時にオープン。 ラグーンを見渡すThe Tam Tam Cafeでは軽食、ピザを味わえる。 Pool Barからもラグーンが見渡せ､ドリンク、スナック、バーベキューランチを楽しむことができる。

タイのクラビのNopparat Tara Beach | ノッパラッタラ・ビーチの「Krabi National Park Success Resort」

現在、ナショナルパークは外れサクセスビーチリゾートとなっているようだ。ＯＴＥＬでアヨダヤリゾート＆スパを予約して現地に行くが、不思議な事にアヨダヤには予約が入っておらず、裏手のサクセスに案内される。サクセスのフロントにはアヨダヤのパンフレットが置かれており、てっきりアヨダヤに案内されたと勘違いしてしまう。パートナーがホテルが違う事に気づき、アヨダヤに案内するように要請するが、「手配業者に言え」と取り合ってくれず。以前は、同じホテルのサクセスウイングとして営業していたが、今は別ホテルでアヨダヤは４つ星、サクセスは３つ星クラスで明らかにランクが落ちる。夜間、英語のできるスタッフが、フロントにいない、貧弱なプール、暗くうら寂れたロビー、種類の少ない朝食とガランとした朝食会場、無料ワイファイは調子が悪く修理していたが、使用できず、近くにコンビニは無しなど評価は低い。辛うじてベランダ付きの部屋は、広く合格点。どうやら「アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約すれば、サクセスに案内される」、と他の方のレビューもあり、我々には理解出来ない商売をしているようだ。アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約するのなら、最初から安いサクセスに予約を入れた方が賢明だろう。又、異常に安いアヨダヤのオファーは、サクセスに案内される可能性大と考えられる。

　

中国の天津の「水晶宮飯店」
ホテルのマネージャーの接客態度が最低でした。宿泊客から金銭を取ってやろうという態度が丸見えで、まったく不快感だけが大きくなったホテルです。

　

シンガポールのシンガポールの「ロイヤル」
２００７／１２／１―3鹿児島高の修学旅行がこのホテルでJTBの旅行計画を見るとぼったくりのように感じるが。JTB自体がアクドイ用に感じる。
