This privately owned Hotel is tranquilly situated on Bournemouth's exclusive and picturesque East Cliff. The hotel is just five minutes walk from the town's famous sandy beaches and only a short stroll away from the bustling restaurants, fashion boutiques, nightclubs and theatres. Set in a small sanctuary surrounded by tall pine trees and gardens the hotel is easy to find on the main route into Bournemouth city centre.

The rooms are all decorated to a high standard of finishes with comfort and relaxation in mind. All rooms have en-suite facilities to match. The rooms are arranged over three floors. All the rooms have satellite TV, PC access, Trouser press, tea and coffee making facilities and hair-dryers.

敷地内には駐車場があり、陸路、鉄道、飛行機への接続が大変便利なロケーション。 ボーンマスのメインバイパスA388 Wessex Wayから大変便利な場所にある。 車利用の場合はボーンマス海岸、BIC方面に進む。ホテルは両方の向い側に位置する。 質の高いホテル。 (05/05IT)

All rooms are traditionally designed and all in good condition as are the bathrooms. All rooms have offer WiFi (wireless access)) and colour Satilite TV with select free view available throughout the rooms.

Restaurante
The hotel offers the finest standard of cuisine and service of a la carte or table d'hote in a traditional atmosphere complemented by elegant oak panelling and crystal chandeliers. An extremely charming restaurant.

General
With on-site parking the hotel enjoys an unrivalled location with the advantage of excellent road, rail and air links. The hotel is best approached from the main Bournemouth by-pass the A388 Wessex Way. Motorists should follow directions for the Bournemouth seafront and BIC, hotel situated directly opposite both. 現在、ナショナルパークは外れサクセスビーチリゾートとなっているようだ。ＯＴＥＬでアヨダヤリゾート＆スパを予約して現地に行くが、不思議な事にアヨダヤには予約が入っておらず、裏手のサクセスに案内される。サクセスのフロントにはアヨダヤのパンフレットが置かれており、てっきりアヨダヤに案内されたと勘違いしてしまう。パートナーがホテルが違う事に気づき、アヨダヤに案内するように要請するが、「手配業者に言え」と取り合ってくれず。以前は、同じホテルのサクセスウイングとして営業していたが、今は別ホテルでアヨダヤは４つ星、サクセスは３つ星クラスで明らかにランクが落ちる。夜間、英語のできるスタッフが、フロントにいない、貧弱なプール、暗くうら寂れたロビー、種類の少ない朝食とガランとした朝食会場、無料ワイファイは調子が悪く修理していたが、使用できず、近くにコンビニは無しなど評価は低い。辛うじてベランダ付きの部屋は、広く合格点。どうやら「アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約すれば、サクセスに案内される」、と他の方のレビューもあり、我々には理解出来ない商売をしているようだ。アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約するのなら、最初から安いサクセスに予約を入れた方が賢明だろう。又、異常に安いアヨダヤのオファーは、サクセスに案内される可能性大と考えられる。

　

中国の天津の「水晶宮飯店」
ホテルのマネージャーの接客態度が最低でした。宿泊客から金銭を取ってやろうという態度が丸見えで、まったく不快感だけが大きくなったホテルです。

　

シンガポールのシンガポールの「ロイヤル」
２００７／１２／１―3鹿児島高の修学旅行がこのホテルでJTBの旅行計画を見るとぼったくりのように感じるが。JTB自体がアクドイ用に感じる。
