ボルチモアのインアーハーバーの中心地にあり、ハーバー・プレス、ショッピング、レストラン、国立水族館、メリーランド・サイエンスセンター、ポート・ヂスカバリー子供博物館、カムデン・ヤーズのオリオールパーク、レイブンズ・フットボール・スタジアムと言った地元の見所へは1区画離れているだけである。ホテルはボルチモア・コンベンション・センターと空中連絡通路でつながっている。

客室
客室はさほど広いとは言えないが、シモンズ・ピロー・トップ・マットレスが最近使われル用になった。ネイビーブルーが羽毛布団やカーテン、壁に使われている。大理石のバスルームもさほど広いとは言えないが、良く手入れされている。

レストラン
ホテルにはレストランが2つありアメリカ料理とメーリーランドの郷土料理が朝食から夕食まで用意される。

現在、ナショナルパークは外れサクセスビーチリゾートとなっているようだ。ＯＴＥＬでアヨダヤリゾート＆スパを予約して現地に行くが、不思議な事にアヨダヤには予約が入っておらず、裏手のサクセスに案内される。サクセスのフロントにはアヨダヤのパンフレットが置かれており、てっきりアヨダヤに案内されたと勘違いしてしまう。パートナーがホテルが違う事に気づき、アヨダヤに案内するように要請するが、「手配業者に言え」と取り合ってくれず。以前は、同じホテルのサクセスウイングとして営業していたが、今は別ホテルでアヨダヤは４つ星、サクセスは３つ星クラスで明らかにランクが落ちる。夜間、英語のできるスタッフが、フロントにいない、貧弱なプール、暗くうら寂れたロビー、種類の少ない朝食とガランとした朝食会場、無料ワイファイは調子が悪く修理していたが、使用できず、近くにコンビニは無しなど評価は低い。辛うじてベランダ付きの部屋は、広く合格点。どうやら「アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約すれば、サクセスに案内される」、と他の方のレビューもあり、我々には理解出来ない商売をしているようだ。アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約するのなら、最初から安いサクセスに予約を入れた方が賢明だろう。又、異常に安いアヨダヤのオファーは、サクセスに案内される可能性大と考えられる。

　

中国の天津の「水晶宮飯店」
ホテルのマネージャーの接客態度が最低でした。宿泊客から金銭を取ってやろうという態度が丸見えで、まったく不快感だけが大きくなったホテルです。

２００７／１２／１―3鹿児島高の修学旅行がこのホテルでJTBの旅行計画を見るとぼったくりのように感じるが。JTB自体がアクドイ用に感じる。
