The hotel is situated on the beachfront. Colombo is 10 kilometres away.

Rooms
The medium size rooms have satellite TV, telephone, minibar. They have floral curtains and bedspreads. Every room has a balcony with a sea or pool view.

Restaurant
Guests can sample authentic Sri Lankan Cuisine but there are also International meals to choose from. A snack bar can be found on the beach.

General
An agreeable seafront property ideal for beach lovers. Ideal for those who want to relax. For sightseeing, Colombo is only a short drive away.

現在、ナショナルパークは外れサクセスビーチリゾートとなっているようだ。ＯＴＥＬでアヨダヤリゾート＆スパを予約して現地に行くが、不思議な事にアヨダヤには予約が入っておらず、裏手のサクセスに案内される。サクセスのフロントにはアヨダヤのパンフレットが置かれており、てっきりアヨダヤに案内されたと勘違いしてしまう。パートナーがホテルが違う事に気づき、アヨダヤに案内するように要請するが、「手配業者に言え」と取り合ってくれず。以前は、同じホテルのサクセスウイングとして営業していたが、今は別ホテルでアヨダヤは４つ星、サクセスは３つ星クラスで明らかにランクが落ちる。夜間、英語のできるスタッフが、フロントにいない、貧弱なプール、暗くうら寂れたロビー、種類の少ない朝食とガランとした朝食会場、無料ワイファイは調子が悪く修理していたが、使用できず、近くにコンビニは無しなど評価は低い。辛うじてベランダ付きの部屋は、広く合格点。どうやら「アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約すれば、サクセスに案内される」、と他の方のレビューもあり、我々には理解出来ない商売をしているようだ。アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約するのなら、最初から安いサクセスに予約を入れた方が賢明だろう。又、異常に安いアヨダヤのオファーは、サクセスに案内される可能性大と考えられる。

　

中国の天津の「水晶宮飯店」
ホテルのマネージャーの接客態度が最低でした。宿泊客から金銭を取ってやろうという態度が丸見えで、まったく不快感だけが大きくなったホテルです。

　

シンガポールのシンガポールの「ロイヤル」
２００７／１２／１―3鹿児島高の修学旅行がこのホテルでJTBの旅行計画を見るとぼったくりのように感じるが。JTB自体がアクドイ用に感じる。
