ドバイ・クロックタワーの隣にあり、Dubai国際空港から車で１０分。ドバイの多くの主要なビジネス地区やショッピングセンターに近い。

客室
魅力的な色使いのモダンな装飾。スタンダード・ルームは小さいが広さは助ｪ。全ての部屋にファックスや衛生放送ＴＶがある。

レストラン
２つのレストランがある。１つは２４時間営業で、世界の料理を幅広く揃えている。もう一方は眩いライブショーのあるインド料理レストラン。軽食や気分転換にはコーヒーラウンジがあり、伝統的なお気に入りを揃えたアイルランドのパブもある。

Comprising 318 rooms, the hotel offers excellent accommodation in a prime location. Apt for business delegates, the hotel offers access to a Business centre and has 11 meeting rooms for up to 450 people. <#>Dining and recreational facilities include restaurants and bars, an international brasserie, patisserie, Churchill English pub, Martini Lounge, a poolroom and bowling alley. Furthermore, guests can have a relaxing swim in the pool, pep themselves up at the fitness centre or play a game of squash or tennis, onsite.

タイのクラビのNopparat Tara Beach | ノッパラッタラ・ビーチの「Krabi National Park Success Resort」

現在、ナショナルパークは外れサクセスビーチリゾートとなっているようだ。ＯＴＥＬでアヨダヤリゾート＆スパを予約して現地に行くが、不思議な事にアヨダヤには予約が入っておらず、裏手のサクセスに案内される。サクセスのフロントにはアヨダヤのパンフレットが置かれており、てっきりアヨダヤに案内されたと勘違いしてしまう。パートナーがホテルが違う事に気づき、アヨダヤに案内するように要請するが、「手配業者に言え」と取り合ってくれず。以前は、同じホテルのサクセスウイングとして営業していたが、今は別ホテルでアヨダヤは４つ星、サクセスは３つ星クラスで明らかにランクが落ちる。夜間、英語のできるスタッフが、フロントにいない、貧弱なプール、暗くうら寂れたロビー、種類の少ない朝食とガランとした朝食会場、無料ワイファイは調子が悪く修理していたが、使用できず、近くにコンビニは無しなど評価は低い。辛うじてベランダ付きの部屋は、広く合格点。どうやら「アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約すれば、サクセスに案内される」、と他の方のレビューもあり、我々には理解出来ない商売をしているようだ。アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約するのなら、最初から安いサクセスに予約を入れた方が賢明だろう。又、異常に安いアヨダヤのオファーは、サクセスに案内される可能性大と考えられる。

　

中国の天津の「水晶宮飯店」
ホテルのマネージャーの接客態度が最低でした。宿泊客から金銭を取ってやろうという態度が丸見えで、まったく不快感だけが大きくなったホテルです。

　

シンガポールのシンガポールの「ロイヤル」
２００７／１２／１―3鹿児島高の修学旅行がこのホテルでJTBの旅行計画を見るとぼったくりのように感じるが。JTB自体がアクドイ用に感じる。
