部屋は平均的にかなり小さめだが、室内の状態は良い。 内装には淡いクリーム色とグレーが用いられている。 1階および下層階に設けられた客室の中には、ホテル専用の小さなテラスに出ることのできる部屋がある。

レストランは地下にある。淡いパステルカラーとモダンな家具で装飾されている。

ブリティッシュレイルと地下鉄のパディントン駅から徒歩で数分のところに位置する。ロンドンのウエストエンドへ便利で、ハイドパークも徒歩ですぐのところにある。

客室は大変感じの良い内装でどちらかというと小さいほうである。すべての客室にはカラーテレビ、専用バスルームとシャワー、紅茶・コーヒー用のポット、ダイヤル直通電話が用意されている。

レストラン
朝食用の食堂は地下に設けられており、最近内装が新しくされている。

概要
大変便利な立地にあり、ウエストエンドへのアクセスが良い。大変お買い得感があり、特に高速列車のヒースローエクスプレスでパディントン駅に到着される方にとっては便利である。2004年2月現在

現在、ナショナルパークは外れサクセスビーチリゾートとなっているようだ。ＯＴＥＬでアヨダヤリゾート＆スパを予約して現地に行くが、不思議な事にアヨダヤには予約が入っておらず、裏手のサクセスに案内される。サクセスのフロントにはアヨダヤのパンフレットが置かれており、てっきりアヨダヤに案内されたと勘違いしてしまう。パートナーがホテルが違う事に気づき、アヨダヤに案内するように要請するが、「手配業者に言え」と取り合ってくれず。以前は、同じホテルのサクセスウイングとして営業していたが、今は別ホテルでアヨダヤは４つ星、サクセスは３つ星クラスで明らかにランクが落ちる。夜間、英語のできるスタッフが、フロントにいない、貧弱なプール、暗くうら寂れたロビー、種類の少ない朝食とガランとした朝食会場、無料ワイファイは調子が悪く修理していたが、使用できず、近くにコンビニは無しなど評価は低い。辛うじてベランダ付きの部屋は、広く合格点。どうやら「アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約すれば、サクセスに案内される」、と他の方のレビューもあり、我々には理解出来ない商売をしているようだ。アヨダヤのスーぺリアを予約するのなら、最初から安いサクセスに予約を入れた方が賢明だろう。又、異常に安いアヨダヤのオファーは、サクセスに案内される可能性大と考えられる。

　

中国の天津の「水晶宮飯店」
ホテルのマネージャーの接客態度が最低でした。宿泊客から金銭を取ってやろうという態度が丸見えで、まったく不快感だけが大きくなったホテルです。

　

シンガポールのシンガポールの「ロイヤル」
２００７／１２／１―3鹿児島高の修学旅行がこのホテルでJTBの旅行計画を見るとぼったくりのように感じるが。JTB自体がアクドイ用に感じる。
